Be it winter or summer, you can also enjoy any grill recipe, for any season, just to satisfy your cravings.

Here is my most favorite grilling recipe with some unique touch of Marmalade and Watercress. It’s called the ‘Grilled Rib Eye Steak with Romaine Marmalade and Watercress’. Let’s have a look at some ingredients that can be used to prepare Grilled Rib Eye Steak and Marmalade and Watercress for yourself and your guests at the lawn.

List of Ingredients

For Steak

Bone-in rib eye chop

One 24-ounce, 2 ½ inches thick

Sea salt

Large grain (as per your taste)

Cracked pepper

1 tablespoon

French butter

As per your taste (for frying)


For Romaine Marmalade and Watercress:

Watercress (stems removed)

4 bunches  (approx. 2 cups leave)

Romaine lettuce

2 leaves

Garlic

1 small clove

Lemon juice

Fresh (2 tbsp)

Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

½ tbsp.

Virgin olive oil

2 tbsp  (as per your taste)

Steak Preparation

Firstly, sprinkle the steak with olive oil, pepper, and salt. Allow it to marinate for 5-6 hours. Ensure the proper coverage of steak with spices and oil. You can use the butcher paper to cover the steak. Now keep it refrigerated for 12 hours.

Take out the steak from the refrigerator before an hour of the final making. You might need charcoal, wood fire, and hardwood to grill the steak.

It’s time to allow your steak for the grill. Place the steak on a copper grilling mat. Keep rotating the steak from time to time until you get the proper grill marks. When you get your steak done, move it from to the cooler part from the copper grilling mat and allow it rest for 10 minutes.

Now, place the French butter on the top of the steak to make it juicier and tender.

Now, look at some of the main steps to prepare the romaine marmalade and watercress:    

You need to combine the required ingredient in the grinder; including romaine, cilantro, lemon juice, pepper, watercress, salt and parsley. Add some oil in the mixture. Set aside the puree to settle down.

How to Serve the Final Dish?

· Dish out each slice of steak into the platter.

· Keep the size of each slice thicker, equal-sized and presentable.

· Spoon some portions of Romaine Marmalade and Watercress on the steak pieces.

· Sprinkle some pepper on the top and that’s it.

· Your food is ready to be enjoyed!
