The crab legs which are the top desired dish of several restaurants are prepared with quite different ingredients and sauces. You can modify the dish by adding a little spice and smoke by utilizing the grill pan placed in your backyard, waiting for you to explore and use it for an entirely unique yet simply outstanding.

Before getting the crab legs right on your grill pan first you need to boil them and ensure that the meat is perfectly cooked. Place it in the refrigerator for overnight exactly a day before you plan to grill crab legs for your closed ones.

Crab/Shrimp Boil seasoning

½ teaspoon

Lemon juice

1 big lemon

nstructions for cooking

Step 1

Preheat the Charcoal Smoker up to the temperature of 250⁰. For enhancing the taste and aroma add a piece of flavored cherry wood when placing woods for the smoke.

Step 2

Prepare the butter sauce side by side in a saucepan. Note that the temperature of the pan must be low so that the butter does not get stick on the pan. 

Step 3

Then add a half teaspoon of Crab/Shrimp boil seasoning, sprinkle the fresh leaves of parsley and squeeze one big juicy lemon on the top. Blend the ingredients by allowing them get fused together properly.

Step 4

Then place the prepared butter sauce in an aluminium steam pan and dip each crab leg in the sauce. Keep the remaining sauce to be topped on the crab legs when it will be served.

Step 5

Place crab legs on the cooking grate and provide smoke around ½ hour. Brush the reserved buttery sauce over the smoking crabs.


Step 6

Note the time and right after 30 minutes of smoking, keep the legs to be cooked on low steam.

The hot and sizzling smoked crab legs are now perfectly grilled and ready to be served with the following three sauces that can be drawn butter or the cocktail sauce.


Garnish the dish with nicely sliced lemon wedges to make the crabs stand out among all the different dishes served on the table.
