Cooking Steps

How to make Grilled lamb meatballs?

· Step 1

Slice bread into large pieces that make it easy to mix with other ingredients,

· Step 2

Grind the slices of bread into a food processor and transfer into a bowl. Pour some milk to the bread mixture and set it for 10 minutes.

· Step 3

Grind the onion and garlic to get a smooth mixture. Gently add egg white, pepper, and salt to the mixture. Combine and mix them well with a blender or with hands. Blend onion mixture with a mixture of breadcrumbs. Add pork and lamb to the blended mixture (wash the meat before use). Mix well until combined. With oily hands (helps to bind meatball finely), make small balls from the mixture of around 1-inch diameter. Refrigerate the balls for 10 minutes until ready to use. You can freeze balls up to 1 month in refrigerator.

· Step 4

Set the grill. Preheat the grill. Place a BBQ grill mat on the grill to prevent from sticking and keep lamb meatballs from falling through the grate.

· Step 5

Thread meatballs onto a washed skewer and place it to BBQ grill mat. Brush some oil on lamb meatballs. Cook it for 8-10 minutes. Grilled Lamb Meatballs are ready!

Now, it’s time to prepare Salsa Verde

Mix lemon juice and lemon zest in a bowl. Stir it well. Add salt and pepper in a bowl until they are harmonized all together. Mix the lemon puree mixture and herbs in a food processor to get a smooth mixture. Transfer the mixture into bowl. Pour the mixture on Grilled Lamb Meatballs. And the tasty, juicy and tempting Grilled Lamb Meatballs are ready to be served. Bon Appetite!
