Directions:
1.The only two ingredients apart from beef brisket must be mixed together. Add a few drops of water to make it a sandy mixture. Basically, this mixture must not be too runny.
2.Put the beef brisket in this mixture totally soaked at room temperature.
Note: 1 hour of marinating time would be enough.
3.While your beef is marinating, you should prepare your grill or smoker. You’ll need to cook for a long time, so make sure you have enough fuel for this purpose. Additionally, your drip tray should be empty, as a lot of fat content would drip in that tray.
4.Moreover, you don’t have to light up the burner right underneath your briskets. Make sure to light up the ones that are farthest from the designated cooking place.

5.Wrap the brisket with butcher paper for smoking, and then place the brisket on the grill. Make sure to put the fatty side up.

6.Cove the smoker and make sure not to open it often to avoid fluctuations in the temperature. Optimal temperature for getting the tasty brisket would be 225 -250 degree F. It would be better if you’ll keep measuring it often.
7.Change the side of the meat every 3 hours. You can adjust this rotation timing depending on color changing tendency of each side.
Note: you should expect 10- 12 hours of smoking to get the perfect taste.
8.Cook it till the meat gets tender. It should be cooked to a level that the meat must be tender but not ripping apart.

9.Once done, open the butcher paper, and cut it into pieces and serve.

Serving:
Eating this special Texas without any special serving is going to give you the best taste. However, for presentation, you can arrange tomatoes, bakes potatoes and other vegetables to be the part of the platter. The best thing about these side items is that they would even compliment the taste of your brisket.
