Grilled Compress Steaks

Steaks are definitely a lovely option to have as a meal. Want to know another recipe for the steak that will make your mouth watery? Great. We are here to share one of the recipes of its kind. We are sure that you’ll really like it. 

Most of the people like beef to be the part of the steak recipe, so this recipe is exclusively for the beef lovers. Just keep your ingredients ready and prepare it today.


Ingredients:
All the ingredients mentioned below are to serve four individuals. If you are serving more than four individuals, then you should adjust your quality of ingredients accordingly. Here are the ingredients:
1 cup balsamic vinegar
4 beefsteak fillet
4 mozzarella cheese slices
3  cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon dried thyme
2 tomatoes (sliced)
Salt to taste

Directions:
Below mentioned are the instructions for preparing the Caprese steak:
1.As a first step, add vinegar, garlic, honey, dried thyme, olive oil and dried oregano in a bowl. Mix thee ingredients well to create a batter.
2.Once the batter is ready, put the pieces of steak in the same bowl. Mix the batter with the steak and let it marinate.
Note: the marinating time should be at least 20 minutes. However, the more time that you can spare for this activity, the better the taste can you get. However, 20 minutes is the minimum. 
3.Preheat the grill. This must be done at the high flame to ensure the uniformity of heat. 

4.When the grill is heated properly, Place a piece of non stick grill mat on the grate to prevent from sticking. Then you can transfer the steak fillet on the . YRYM HT non stick grill mat keeps food from falling, grease from sticking and prevent flares up. It is easy to clean and dishwasher. 


5.Each side would take 4- 5 minutes to cook properly.
Note: allow one side of the steak to be done fully before turning it to the other side. Changing sides, again and again, could break the fillet.
6.When you get the reddish skin of the steak, it is nearly ready.
7.At this point, add the mozzarella slices on each of the steak pieces. 
8.Cover the grill to melt the cheese properly. It would take around 2 minutes
9.This is the time to plate it out. Put the tomato slice on each of the steaks and sprinkle some salt over it.
10.Don’t forget to put some basil leaves on it to give your steak a greenish touch

11.Your steak is ready to eat. 


Serving:
  • Eating Caprese steak as it is, is a good idea. The colorful appearance because of tomatoes and basil can also attract the kids to eat it. So, it can be a good eating option, if your kids like it.
  • Serving it with mint sauce or mayonnaise is also going to enhance its taste.
  • Boiled potatoes, grilled vegetables, or simply the grill corns can add to the taste of the steaks.
