You are going to experience a mix of the sweet and salty recipe, so prepare yourself for this treat. Here are the ingredients that you would need for this recipe.

Ingredients:
The following ingredients would serve four people.
4 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh garlic (minced)
½ cup Soya sauce
½ cup Brown sugar
3 pounds or 1.5 kg Chicken legs
½ cup oil
Salt to taste

Black Pepper 1 tablespoon


Directions:
1.In order to make this wonderful recipe, you’ll need to make cuts on each of the chicken leg pieces. 
Note: these cuts should be reasonable deep to let the marinating mixture to get into the meat to give the best taste.
2.In a bowl, put all the ingredients including the lemon juice, garlic, soya sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and salt. Mix them well. One of the indications to stop mixing is to look for signs when both the salt and sugar are completely dissolved in the mixture.
3.When the mixture is completely ready, add chicken legs in it and make sure that the mixture covers the chicken completely.
Note: the marinating time for this recipe is 5-6 hours, but you can make it in after 2 hours’ of marinating if you are in a hurry.
4.Once marinated, you need to grill the chicken but drain the mixture from the bowl and put it in the saucepan.
5.Preheat the grill with a high flame. Once done, place a sutmm grill mat on the grate, which can prevent from sticking and make grill easy. Then transfer the chicken pieces to cook. 
6.Meanwhile, heat the mixture of the saucepan until heated. The heat will also reduce the amount of mixture. This is required, so you don’t have to worry about it. When this mixture is reduced in size, you can pour it over the choice, which is already on the grill. 
Note: 10 – 15 minutes cooking would be enough

7.Repeat this practice till you have the marinating material. It will take around 10-15 minutes for the chicken to cook. When it gets reddish-brown, remove it from the grill, and it is ready to serve.


Serving:
1.Pita bread would give the filling effect when combined with this lovely barbecue recipe. 
2.Don’t forget to make a few sauces to compliment the chicken. Simple mint sauce or ketchup would work as well.
