Barbecue Chicken Wings

Have you only heard of fried chicken wings? Then this recipe is going to be amazing in addition to your cookbook. These chicken wings are grilled on the grate, as you would do with any other barbecue recipe instead of frying (the most common dish for chicken wings). In order to make this dish, you’ll need some tasty ingredients (which are provided below) with some super easy directions, so that you can finish the cooking part and start eating them.

Ingredients:
This recipe serves four individuals. Make sure to adjust the ingredients if you have more than four members to eat.
1 cup oyster sauce
1/4th cup ketchup
2 tablespoons garlic powder
½ cup white sugar
¼ cup honey
1/4th cup gin
1/4th cup soya sauce
½ cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon pepper
Salt to taste
1.5 pounds chicken wings

Liquid smoke


Directions:
1.Take a large bowl and mix oyster sauce, garlic powder, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, gin, sugar, and liquid smoke together. After making a smooth mixture with all these ingredients, put the chicken wings in it and try to cover these wings with the mixture. Once done, cover the bowl and keep it in the refrigerator.
Note: cover the bowl properly so that the chicken wings won’t get dried up. Moreover, the best results of marinating can be seen in 8 hours. If you can marinate it overnight, that would be great but if you have lesser than average 8 hours, then leaving for as much time as possible is a good idea.
2.Preheat the grill. For the wings, the grill must be heated at a high flame for 5 minutes to equalize the heat. Once it gets through the grill, make sure to slow down the flame. 
3.Before placing the chicken wings on the grill, it is strongly recommended to place sutmm grill mats on grate to prevent from sticking. It will reduce the chances of wings sticking to the surface. Don’t use the remaining marinating material.
4.The cooking time for the wings is 20 minutes on each side.by this time, the change in the color of the wings would turn into reddish brown, and you’ll be able to feel the aroma of cooked food.

5.Once done, plate them out. 


Serving:
There can be multiple serving options for these wings. 
1.You can make the Russian salad along with these wings and serve the dish.
2.Grill the favorite vegetables of your kids and serve them with the chicken wings for best taste and nutritional value.
3.Pita bread can be an option, but most people do not like it, especially kids, so make sure to consider their taste for serving options.
4.The best option is to serve them as it is.
